Today I met Raymond from Paraquay on the streets of LES. He is currently listening to CBS FM (he’s favourite radio station). He tells me the story of loosing his passport and having no proof of identity. He has been in USA for 35 years and cannot leave the country as much as he wants to go home to reunite with his family.
