Today we took the L train to Brooklyn.

The journey started in Williamsburg…

Misguided by the lonely planet, through the pouring rain, we trekked a very long way to Downtown Brooklyn. Enroute we passed an Hasidic neighbourhood.

The hard journey was worthwhile when we found this Americana/Soul Food joint. Right under the Manhattan Bridge.

After having ordered a grilled cheese sandwich. I decided then and there it was my new favourite dish.
